THE Charity Organisation Heart Concern has changed venue from the Ophthalmic Out Patient Department at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary to the St Thomas Centre in Marton Street Lancaster.
Miss Geraldine Smith MP opened the new venue which was celebrated as a social evening for members of Heart Concern on January 2nd.
She was aware that the hospital venue had become outgrown and that the increased number of members required larger accommodation, also to be able to provide new services for Angina and Heart attack members.
