PRESTON'S right back Graham Alexander will be out until at least February following a freak accident.
The 29-year-old broke his rib and punctured his lung in North End's 1-0 victory over Wolves on Boxing Day.
Alexander had to spent the night in hospital to moniter his progress after his lung deflated.
"It's more complicated than we thought and it will be February before he can resume light training," said boss David Moyes.
