BUSINESS is booming for Baxenden based importers Alliance Car Imports who have reported a record year with 1,500 cars delivered to customers over the last 12 months.
And the firm already has 400 orders for cars to be delivered in the first three months of 2001.
Managing director Paul McKenna said: "I believe our success can be attributed to two major factors, the first being that we continue to provide considerable savings for our customers and secondly, our service.
"A recent in-house survey reported a customer satisfaction rate of 84 per cent.
"While I am very proud of this we have taken on board our customers comments and are introducing new controls and services to improve customer satisfaction even more."
Mr McKenna added that this year the firm would increase its stock holding of imported vehicles available for re-sale and would make further inroads into the fleet market and commercial vehicles sector.
