A FAMILY Christmas musical entitled Follow The Star will be performed at St John's Southworth Theatre Group in Nelson.
Musical director Joe Winkley said the group was grateful to the Horses and Ponies Protection Association for allowing them to use a rescued donkey, Bandit, from their sanctuary at Shores Hey Farm, Briercliffe, for the production.
Clare Parkinson is producing the musical, which will be staged at the St John Southworth Social Centre, Vaughan Street, from January 23 to January 27 at 7.30pm and a matinee will be at 2.30pm on Saturday.
