TENANTS have a chance to win prizes for saying what they think about their council house bosses.
Thousands of residents are being sent questionnaires concerning the rent collection service.
And, as an incentive, everyone who takes the time to fill in a form will have their names entered in a prize draw.
It's the latest council survey under the Government's new Best Value regime, which places a duty on local authorities to deliver efficient and economic services.
Councillor John Smith, housing spokesman, said: "We are urging all those who receive a questionnaire to take part.
"Just a few minutes of their time can make all the difference when it comes to providing a service that is tailored to the needs of our customers."
