A COURT case alleging a landlord supplied alcohol which did not comply with the branded name on the label has been adjourned.
Malcolm John Meikleham, 62, of the Kettledrum Inn, Red Lees Road, Cliviger, is alleged to have supplied different spirits in place of Gordons gin and Smirnoff vodka.
He appeared at Reedley court but was not asked to plead to the offences which allegedly occurred on May 17 last year.
He was represented by Barry Dearing and the cases were adjourned to February 1.
