A LEIGH welfare rights group has played host to more than 100 delegates from across the country. The Leigh and District Voluntary Welfare Rights Group hosted the quarterly meeting of the national Association of Welfare Rights Advisors in Wigan Town Hall last month.
Lord Peter Smith, leader of Wigan Council helped welcome the 123 delegates from across the country and organise the meeting.
