THE 1940's House is a must for nostalgia fans.
We're back with a family which has been willing to give up the comforts of modern life to return to authentic living when Britain was at war.
And what a difficult time it must have been.
It's hard to imagine what our parents and grandparents had to struggle through in those tough times of shortages and make do and mend. We really don't know we are born, and really should appreciate what we have got.
I loved the transformation of the family into authentic wartime lookalikes.
Mum and dad aged 30 years in a matter of minutes.
So far the family is coping under stress, and they will no doubt come out all the better for the experience.
