PUPILS were told to stay at home after their school's offices were gutted in the second school fire in one week. The blaze at Billinge High School, Blackburn caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. Police were investigating a fire earlier in the week which badly damaged St Barnabas and St Paul's Primary School, Blackburn.
