STAR striker Tony Black is in line to make a surprise return as Leigh RMI should finally get their ill-fated Nationwide Variety Club Trophy replay against Northwich Vics concluded tonight.
Thirteen weeks after they first drew 3-3 at Drill Field, the replay gets the go-ahead at Hilton Park. That end a long running saga which has seen the tie postponed five times because of waterlogged and frozen pitches.
Black is likely to be given a run from the bench tonight as he eases himself back into action after a hernia operation prior to Christmas. He is RMI's top scorer with 13 this season.
