SEASON SO FAR
Saturday's postponement against Lincoln City means the Iron still haven't won since their second-round success over Brighton back on December 9. However, they have lost just twice at home in the League.
MANAGER
Brian Laws: The former Burnley full-back hasn't seen eye-to-eye with referee Graham Frankland so far in the tie. The Scunthorpe boss thought the Middlesbrough official had a bad game at Turf Moor and also felt last Tuesday night's game should have gone ahead.
ONE TO WATCH:
Bjarni Larusson: Icelandic midfield man Larusson caught the eye in the first game at Turf Moor. He ran the show from central midfield and was always eager to try his luck from in front of goal. Larusson was signed last summer from Walsall.
BIG MONEY MAN
Steve Torpey: The club skipper cost a club record £175,000 from Bristol City last February. The former Bradford and Swansea striker has formed a potent partnership with Guy Ipoua and has nine goals to his name this season and plays his last game tonight before a ban.
PREDICTED LINE-UP
Player-coach Russ Wilcox is expected to be back in the Scunthorpe defence after missing their last game at Chesterfield with flu. The only change from the side that drew at Turf Moor is expected to be the inclusion of Gareth Sheldon on the right side of midfield.
TOP SCORER
Guy Ipoua: Big striker Guy Ipoua scored his 17th goal of the season in the first clash at Turf Moor and the former Bristol Rovers front man remains Scunthorpe's most potent weapon.
DID YOU KNOW?
Scunthorpe last reached the fourth round of the FA Cup 17 years ago, in the 1983/84 season. Burnley have been in the fourth round just twice since 1983, including last season when they went out to Coventry.
