NELSON Arion Choir have presented £2,500 to Hospice Care for Burnley and Pendle.
Members of the choir visited Pendleside Hospice to hand over the cheque.
The money was raised at the Voices for Hospice concert on October 14 and was part of the largest ever simultaneous singing event in the world.
Over 240 concerts were held in a large number of countries.
The event at Colne Municipal Hall was the fourth in a series of concerts the choir put on over a 12 month period bringing the total raised to over £12,000.
Mark Sandamas, hospice appeals and marketing manager, commented: "The Arion are great supporters of the hospice and the money they have raised will make a significant contribution to the care of patients. We are very grateful to them."
