A SCULPTURE with a difference has gone on display at Clitheroe's Platform Gallery.
On show is a display of old junk - sculptor Matthew Roby's description - depicting various kinds of animals. The work is made up of several bits and pieces and includes computer components and ball valves from inside toilet cisterns.
Alongside the work is another exhibition by Lynne Stein, of Altrincham. Mrs Stein is holding workshops detailing the age-old skill of rag-rug making.
However these rag rugs are different - they are made up of bits of clothing donated to her by stars and celebrities of the movie, TV and sports world, including donations from Sir Alex Ferguson, George Clooney and designer Vivienne Westwood.
Both displays will be on show until February 24. For information on opening times of the gallery phone 01200 443071.
