IS it just me or do others see the same thing?

Have the majority of motorists lost the ability to make a small gesture such as a wave or nod or smile when you have stopped or slowed down to allow them to join traffic or exit a minor junction?

And why have drivers seemed to have forgotten that you should give way to vehicles coming up hill towards your vehicle? Why do people seem ignorant of the usage of boxed junctions?

Is this yet another sign that people could not care less about their fellow man, and their journey is the most important thing on Earth.
