LEGGY Lisa Camilleri has high hopes of securing herself a place in the Guinness Book of Records for her lovely pins.
The 28-year-old, of Webster Grove, Prestwich, is going for the title of the longest legs in the world following national publicity about the current record of 44ins. Lisa's legs measure 47ins from hip to heel and, although not as long as Essex girl Lisa Hall who is making a claim for the title with 49ins legs, the 6ft 3ins brunette is hoping to pip her to the post. She said: "A claim is not verified until officially registered with Guinness. I'm just going to go for it." A former Prestwich Community High pupil, Lisa works at Oak Lodge nursing home in Prestwich.
"My dad is 5ft 9ins and my two brothers are around 5ft 11ins. But my great-grandmother was 6ft 4ins!" said Lisa.
She added: "I always feel like people are staring at me. I am quite shy but I will wear short skirts to go out in and shorts in summer while riding my horse. My friends all have to wear six inch heels at the side of me."
