MUM and daughter Joan and Carrie Taylor now tuck in to their pudding without a care in the world.
The duo from Croft village near Culcheth have no fear of piling on the pounds thanks to a natural slimming course they embarked on under the watchful eye of a superfit Aussie with Olympic and Wallaby family credentials.
They're feeling on top of the world since enrolling on a Natralee Slim course devised for them by Leigh-based Lee Hodges, whose dad, Bill, was an Olympic Gold medallist rower and an Aussie rugby union international with the Wallabies.
Joan, said with a smile: "We didn't put weight back on over the festive season because we ate to our profile."
Now Joan, who is delighted to feel healthy and energetic is thrilled with her new shape. And Carrie, now down to a size she is thrilled with, can fit in to those leather pants she has always wanted to wear.
Slim specialist Lee is quick to highlight how her own sleekness and her ability to help others gain the shape of their dreams stemmed from a personal low.
She explained: "Over 10 years ago I was suffering from extreme lethargy, chronic body aches and pains in my muscles and joints."
Plagued with insomnia, unexplained rashes, shingles and flu like symptons she sought help from countless doctors and specialists.
"I finally found I was suffering from ME and there was nothing they could do to help.
"I wanted to restore my health and be in control of my body. Four years ago I came across metabolic profiling and was simply amazed how something which is so easy to implement could make such a difference to my health.
"I discovered the secret of being naturally slim and increasing my feeling of well-being.
"Philosopher Lucretius is credited with saying 'one man's meat is another man's poison' and the secret is the foods which make one person feel great may make another feel lousy.
"We are all individuals not carbon copies which is why some people lose weight on one diet and others gain weight by eating the same."
Now Lee is sharing this information to the benefit of others.
The good news is she claims after learning which foods are right for you you can slim without deprivation and end the pattern of binge eating and effortlessly manage cravings -- even chocolate!
