EAST Lancashire-based construction firm NEL is building foundations for strong future growth.
The Nelson-based company has opened its second regional office in less than four months, spreading its interests across Britain.
NEL Construction has opened an office in Cambridge following an increase in the number of substantial new contracts in the area. In October NEL opened an office in the North East.
Managing director Frank Lewer said: "Setting up an office in Cambridge was a natural step for NEL.
"It means we are able to forge close relationships with potential clients and continue to give our existing clients an excellent on-the-spot service."
Amongst the contracts won by NEL in Cambridge recently are a new office block, an Audi repair workshop and offices and an industrial development for a Belgian firm.
NEL was founded in 1984 and carries out design and build contracts across the UK.
