A RENOWNED play about four generations of women opened at the New Millennium Theatre, Waterfoot, on Saturday.
Sheila Godfrey, Carol Anne Connolly, Kirsten Dunkley and Alison Ashworth star as the women of the Oldham family in "My Mother Said I Never Should", a play that stretches throughout the 20th century.
The show runs to Saturday at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £5 or £4 and are available from 01706 228720, and from Bacup News, Bacup, Watts News, Waterfoot, and Rawtenstall Tourist Information Centre.
