WHAT a blow it is that youngsters may have to wait another two years before they get a shelter in Henthorn Park, Clitheroe. (LET, January 19).
Most people have their meeting places -- villages meet for the Women's Institute, the afternoon club twice a week and luncheon clubs.
All these young people want to do is meet their friends just like us. But they have nowhere to meet other than the streets.
LAURA BAILEY, Hazel Grove, Clitheroe.
