TONY Blair has again said he is not going back to the days of boom and bust. Can he explain his policy to the car 'out-of-workers,' shipbuilding 'out-of-workers' and now 6,000 steel 'out-of-workers,' plus the many thousands of 'out-of-workers' in our area -- coal, shoes, cotton and paper.
How 'bust' do we have to get? At least the Tories had a world recession to blame. What's Labour's excuse?
