MARK Hughes is hungry to extend his remarkable record of success in the FA Cup as Rovers prepare for tonight's fourth round replay at Pride Park.

Welsh international boss Hughes is the only player to have won four winner's medals under the twin towers of Wembley.

And he would dearly love the chance to write another chapter in his astonishing career with another final appearance at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium come the end of the season.

"I still get the same buzz from the FA Cup, especially now they've moved it back to its proper time," said Hughes.

"Derby are going into tonight's game on the back of a good result at the weekend and that will, obviously, help them.

"It's going to be a difficult game because they're a Premier League club and they've been in the top flight for quite a while.

"But we still feel we've got a great opportunity to progress, even if they did have some players missing from the first tie."

Hughes also missed that first game through suspension as Rovers failed to breach a stubborn Rams rearguard in a dour 0-0 draw.

But he looks set to partner Matt Jansen upfront tonight and he insists Graeme Souness's squad are not unduly worried by the fact they've failed to score in each of their last two matches.

"The players aren't really concerned by that," said Hughes.

"We are a team who like to attack and we will always create chances in games -- it's just up to us to capitalise on them.

"It would be more of a worry if we weren't creating any chances at all."
