SIX high-flyers from St Helens are celebrating after gaining a BTEC award in aviation studies.
The six members of the 969 Squadron of St Helens Air Cadets, who passed these challenging exams with flying colours, were CWO Devonport, CWO Dorrington, Flt. Sgt. Wikberg, Flt. Sgt. Duffy, Sgt. Mitchell and Cpl. Fairclough.
Everyone at the 969 Squadron would like to congratulate the six who will be presented with their certificates at a Squadron dining evening in April.
The St Helens Squadron of Air Cadets are always delighted to welcome new recruits to join the air training corps. Anyone wishing to join must be aged 13 years or older.
