RADCLIFFE Boro are the latest non-league team to get behind the Save Our Shakers campaign.
Kevin Glendon's lads will be donating all the proceeds (excluding expenses) from their UniBond League home game against Kendal on Saturday, February 24.
The Stainton Park side hope that those Shakers fans who aren't making the trip to Port Vale on that day will get down to the Boro and get behind both them and Bury.
The initiative is another example of the neighbouring teams working together.
Boro recently played their FA Cup first round tie against York City at Gigg Lane while the Shakers play all their reserve games at Stainton Park.
Admission on the day is £5 adults; £3 concessions and free for children.
SHAKERS fans are being asked to dust off their walking boots next month for the Save Our Shakers appeal.
Bury's away clash at Oldham Athletic on Saturday, March 31 has been selected for a sponsored walk from Gigg Lane to Boundary Park.
A carefully planned route is being organised and the organisers hope a good number of the club's away supporters will take part on the 13-mile stroll.
If you are interested in doing the walk or could fill a few sponsor sheets contact Anita on 0161-797 6768.
BURY FC website manager Gordon Sorfleet has agreed to sponsor new loan signing Jon Newby's Shakers strip.
Gordon has shelled out £50 for the honour of decking out the Liverpool striker and intends to get Jon to sign it and use it in a Save Our Shakers competition when he eventually goes back to Anfield.
THERE are still tickets left for Accrington Stanley's Save Our Shakers prize memorabilia draw to be made at the club's Sports Bar on February 22.
There's a host of top quality prizes, including a signed David Beckham shirt and items from many other Premiership clubs.
Anyone who can sell a few books, priced £1 or 20p a ticket should contact Stanley Commercial Director John De Maine on 01254 383235 or Bury FC commercial boss Peter Young on 0161-705 2144.
