TELECOMS software firm Ryder Systems has unveiled ambitious plans for the future during a presentation at Ewood Park, home of Blackburn Rovers FC.
Managing director Paul Haworth outlined future plans and introduced the company's' new sales and marketing director Simon Richards, who joins Ryder from Dolphin Telecoms.
Mr Haworth said the firm planned to more than double its turnover in the next four years.
After the expansion plans were unveiled Rawden Kerr, from the company's information technology department, was presented with the coveted Employee of the Year Award for
polling most votes from his colleagues. Rawden and his wife Pauline received a holiday voucher for a weekend in Paris plus £250 spending money.
