ABBEY HEY 1 GREAT HARWOOD 1 GREAT Harwood picked up their first point on the road this year thanks to second half performance boss Denis Underwood described as their best this season.
The Showground men went behind after 15 minutes when they paid the price for trying to play the ball out of defence and Abbey scored via a deflected goal.
In the closing stages of the half they nearly equalised when Martin Horsfield, Damion McKay and Richard Fogarty all went close.
The equaliser came with 10 minutes to go when McKay's cross was parried by the keeper and Riley knocked home the loose ball.
