A TOTAL of 15 people recently passed the Intermediate Food Hygiene Course which was organised by the Council's Environmental Health Section.

Some form of food hygiene training is now a legal requirement for all food handlers and a full range of training from basic to advanced classes is offered by the Environmental Health Section. For further details contact 01744 456376.
