DOORS and Windows of Darwen is the topic of this year's Darwn Photographic Society competition.
Entrants are invited to take a picture of any door or window in the town. It may be a normal house indow or a stained glass one at a church.
There are three age categories: the senior section for over 16s, the 11-16-year-old age group and the up to 11 group.
There will also be a special prize for children who undertake school projects and enter through their schools.
Entries can be in colour or black and white but must be prints.
No slides will be accepted.
Winners will be announced on June 18 and their photographs will be on display at Darwen Library Exhibition room from that date until July 7.
Closing date is June 12 and entry is free.
