BURY businessmen and women can learn how to surf the net in confidence and become a global player.
"Finding your way around the Internet" is one of the topics to be covered at the next meeting of the thriving BURYBUSINESS.Network to be staged at the Bolholt Hotel on Tuesday, February 20.
The meeting, which is free, is the latest in a series of get-togethers aimed at providing small local businesses with information on new technologies.
At February's meeting, the Internet address will be given by Gary Philips of Bury Central Library.
Other features of the meeting, to be held between 6-8.30pm, will be a talk entitled "Turning barriers to advantages" by Alex McDonald of Toucan and Margaret Hilley of BADDAC and website of the month.
