A LITTLE bit of Manchester turned up in Tyldesley when some marvellous Victorian scenes were highlighted in John Aldred's talk to Tyldesley Probus Club.
Hidden camera shots of Salford and Shudehill markets taken between 1890-95 by a little known amateur photographer from Weaste give provide a unique record of life. On February 22 Probus member Norman Astley will talk about steam.
