ALL those in search of authentic 1960s furniture need look not further than St Cuthbert's Primary School!
For members of the St Cuthbert's Amateur Dramatic Society have discovered a large quantity of desks and chairs from that period while they were working in the stage area.
When the furniture was found, members pulled the desks on to the stage and asked the headmaster if they could have them to sell.
A deal was agreed and now it is up for sale to anyone wanting a piece of 60s furniture or looking to bring back memories from their schooldays.
Anyone interested should go to the school, in, Lynwood Avenue, during the half-term break, where society members will be working.
