A STICKER campaign has been launched to make young people think about protecting themselves when they are out on the town.
The Information Shop for Young People is putting stickers on the back of toilet doors in town centre pubs and clubs, giving information about where to get contraception and sexual health advice.
The advice includes times of the Brook Advisory Service's clinics on Darwen Street and the Body Zone clinics at the Information Shop, Fielden Street, Blackburn.
Peter Webster, of the Information Shop, said: "We hope that if young people are on a night out and maybe thinking about sex, then they are also thinking about their sexual health."
Margo Grimshaw, local pub owner, said: "I hope all the pubs and clubs will support this campaign. Young people need to be looking after themselves."
