CLITHEROE boss Dave Burgess is quietly confident ahead of the re-arranged FA Vase fifth round tie against Rushall Olympic.
The Blues' staff have been working hard all week to get the pitch fit and a dry spell has meant the game is almost definitely on after it was rained off last Saturday.
Midlands Alliance side Rushall are struggling for form at present and have won only one game since Christmas.
They were beaten 2-0 by Clitheroe's North West Counties League rivals Kidsgrove in the Staffordshire FA Vase in midweek but Burgess warned his side not to be complacent.
"Sometimes it is the teams that are struggling that are the hardest to play against.
"We had a really good win at home in midweek which has got us back in the thick of it.
"The pitch is heavy and it cut up quite a bit on Tuesday but we are raring to go.
"I was annoyed when they called the game off last week but looking back now I think it was the right decision.
"We just have to build ourselves back up for it now.
"The Vase is so important to us and we have seen the quarter final draw and it is a real incentive for both us and Rushall."
The winners of tomorrow's tie will face last year's finalists Chippenham away in the quarter finals.
