CADETS from the Canterbury Street barracks in Blackburn leant their muscle to the Blackburn and Darwen Victim Support Scheme.
The cadets, under the supervision of Lt Richard Weighill, pictured on the left, and PC Geoff Chadwick, right, a youth involvement officer at Blackburn police station, used Army transport to collect donations from householders in the Pleckgate area.
Victim Support is a national charity organisation which offers advice, home visits, counselling and general support to the victims of crime.
