POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an accident at Junction 7 of the M62 (Rainhill Stoops) at about 12.20pm on Tuesday, February 13, involving a Maroon-coloured X-registration Ford Mondeo and a white Transit van. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Incident Management Unit (IMU) on 0151 777 6969.
