CHILDREN in Pendle will be encouraged to eat healthily and look after their bodies during a three-week-long campaign being run by Colne Asda.
The store will launch its Big Eat campaign on Monday to highlight the Government's drive to promote 'five-a-day' fruit and vegetable consumption among children. Schoolchildren across the borough will visit the store and pupils will take part in fun and educational activity trails.
They will also hear a talk on healthy eating by produce staff.
