LAYTON Rangers U9s FC will certainly be ready to fly down the wings since BAE Systems have sponsored the team's football kit.
The team came first in a draw to decide which team would benefit from the smart BAE strip, and the boys were all smiles upon trying it on for size.
Rangers U-9s play in the Poulton and District Primary League and train at Beacon Hill High School with matches played at Kingscote Park, Layton.
The team has already had some good success since forming two years ago. In their first season in the league they are currently lying in the top half of the table and have also reached the finals of several summer soccer tournaments in the past two years.
The team is always on the lookout for new recruits - if you're interested call team manager Paul Ormond on 591875.
