GRAHAM Branch will give his old Tranmere Rovers team-mate Kenny Irons some stick before the game against Huddersfield tomorrow.
Midfielder Irons is likely to start on the bench for his new club Town but it won't stop Branch enganging in some friendly banter.
"I know Kenny from my days at Tranmere, he is a good lad and a good player.
"We will have a little bit of banter with each other.
"I'm sure he'll ring me today and we'll wish each other the best -- as long as we win!"
Irons is likely to be a substitute beside Scott Sellars -- another expecting stick for different reasons.
Sellars, a former Blackburn ace, is anticipating a 'frosty reception' for his first league visit to Turf Moor.
He's already had a taste of what to expect when the Terriers lost 1-0 to Burnley at the McAlpine Stadium earlier in the season.
"I'm sure I will get a frosty reception," said the 35-year-old who left Ewood Park 10 years ago.
"They gave me quite a bit of stick at our place earlier in the season and I'm sure if I am involved again tomorrow they will give me another load.
"I played there for Blackburn in a couple of Manx cup matches and you wouldn't have thought they were friendly games.
"I played in a couple of heated derbies at Leeds but I've never seen anything like that.
"There is also the added fact next week that, apart from the fact it is a derby game, I've also played for Bolton which won't go down too well."
Sellars, who has also played for Newcastle United, is unsure if he will get in the starting eleven following injury and illness although he has now recovered.
"This season has been frustrating for me but I'm still as keen as ever to be involved.
"I've no grumbles about being left out because the lads have been playing well and there's been no place for me.
"Our form has definitely improved and that's the most important thing -- there's still a long way to go yet and we have to make sure we carry on improving to get up to that mid-table area."
