A LEIGH bakery's customers 'dough-nated' £900 when they joined in the fun to raise cash for needy children.
Shoppers at the Waterfields chain took part in the nationwide National Doughnut Week organised to generate funds for Save The Children.
Six pence was pledged for every one of the 15,000 cakes sold between February 3-10.
Company chairman, Richard Waterfield, said: "We would like to thank everyone who helped this worthwhile cause."
