A JOBHUNTER has become the first person to "graduate" from the Clayton Park conference and learning centre with a European computer driving licence.
Brian Gallagher, who lives in Great Harwood, is hoping his new-found computer skills will improve his prospects of finding him a job in the fast-moving world of information technology.
He completed his course in just three weeks, visiting the IT training suite at Clayton Park almost every day.
Brian started with a web site design course before enrolling on the ECDL course which is a European-wide qualification, covering all aspects of computer skills.
Centre manager Celia Duxbury, who presented Brian with his certificate, said: "This qualification should greatly improve his prospects for being offered a job in the near future. "
