DARWEN manager Steve Wilkes has accused his players of lacking desire and hopes to ring the changes for the trip to Chadderton in NWCL Division Two.
He said: "We have a small squad and we are down to the bare bones because of injuries. The players turn up every week knowing they are going to get a game and that means when the time comes for them to put up a fight they are not up for it."
Wilkes hopes to bring Mick Lynch back into the squad after a six-month absence through work commitments and Neil Rhodes comes back in after missing the last three games.
