CONFIDENCE is sky high at free-scoring Rossendale United at the moment.
And with just one defeat in the last 18 games and 12 goals in the last two outings, Jim McCluskie's side fear no-one in NWCL Division One.
Top scorer Craig Sargeson and side kick David Gray have 38 goals between them and the Dark Lane destroyers will be looking to add to that tally at mid-table Woodley Sports.
McCluskie said: "We're on a terrific run at the moment after getting off to a slow start but promotion is firmly on our minds. We've got games in hand but we'll know exactly what we have to do come the end of March."
McCluskie has had the luxury of being able to field his fringe players in the last two games against Atherton Colleries and Great Harwood.
He said: "The lads played well against Great Harwood and it was good to see the goals shared out."
But despite banging in 12 goals in those two games the boss will be looking to field his strongest team for the trip to Woodley.
Paul Heavey is unavailable due to work commitments while Steve Bird misses the trip through suspension.
However, McCluskie is hoping to have John Borland and Matt Houldsworth back in contention.
