FANS of Rawtenstall actress Natalie Casey will be glued ot the screen tonight makes her comedy screen debut in a new BBC programme.
The 21-year-old actress, best known as unlucky-in-love Carol in Hollyoaks, appears in Two Pints Of Lager and a Packet of Crisps with Ralf Little and Bev Callard, the Royle Family's Anthony and Coronation Street's Liz McDonald.
The show, which is described as Britain's first sitcom for the 19-somethings, gives Natalie the chance to link up once again with Will Mellor, who played Jambo, Carol's first love in the hit Channel Four show.
All the characters in Two Pints of Lager . . . are young, gifted and broke and struggle to make a living.
Natalie is part of a famous family. Her sister Anna-Jane has toured the world in various stage productions and Natalie herself has been appearing on TV since she was three years old.
The programme will be shown at 9.30pm tonight on BBC-2 and is one of a number of new comedy series created for the channel.
