FOLK in the Leigh who want to be on the television and have their home redecorated are wanted for a new series of the BBC hit show Changing Rooms which starts filming in April.
The production company Bazal is seeking people from Leigh, Atherton and Tyldesley who have an interesting room that needs a makeover -- or anyone who is a dab hand with a paintbrush and other DIY skills.
They also want applications from anyone who is a whizz with a sewing machine or a potter's wheel or anyone with an exciting job or exciting stories to tell. The room must be larger than 12ft by 12ft, 14ft square if a bedroom, neighbours should live no more than five minutes walk apart and there must be two people in each team, with at least one person living in each house in question.
