A THIEF is being hunted by police after two cash snatches at shops in Bury.
The offender, described in both incidents as white, 6ft tall and slim, walked into the Save Service Station in Manchester Road at 7pm on Friday night (Feb 23) and grabbed £50 from the till.
And on Sunday night (Feb 25), a man fitting the same description, entered the Victoria Wine off-licence in Bolton Road, Bury, and stole £20 from the till.
Anyone with information should contact Whitefield police on 856 8150, quoting reference number GMP60292R/01 for the Manchester Road incident and GMP62057R/01 for the Sunday night offence.
