BURY Football Club is in mourning after the death of one of its most enthusiastic and hard-working supporters.
Frank Hoult, aged 63, devoted most of his spare time to raising money for the Shakers and, despite living in Birmingham, went to every Bury match home and away.
Commercial Director Nev Neville said: "His contribution is immeasurable but he has certainly raised thousands of pounds, sponsoring players, events and the disabled groups. He gave everything to Bury and never asked for anything in return."
Mr Hoult, who sponsored Bury's recent fund-raising match against Accrington Stanley, leaves a wife, Christine, and three children, Stephen, Jason and Wendy.
