DARWEN Health Centre became so overcrowded that staff were forced to treat patients in the kitchen. A visit by members of the Blackburn, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Community Health Council also revealed that a specimen box for urine and blood samples to be dropped off was in a public corridor and access for the disabled was poor.
