PLUCKY septuagenarian Ken Taylor will take to the skies once again in August to raise money for the Cancer Research Campaign.
The 72 year-old who lives in Gaskell Street, Parr, will leap into the blue yonder on a parachute jump at the Tilstock Parachute School in Shropshire.
Ken, who has come to earth safely on two other parachute jumps is looking for sponsorship from local companies and private organisations to help fund the exercise.
He told The Star: "People will think I am crazy for doing a jump of this nature. However, the thought of raising money for such an important charity gives you the incentive to go for it and do really well.
Anyone who would like to sponsor the parachute jump, can telephone Ken on 01744 605 637.
