A MAN was recovering today after being robbed at knifepoint in Leigh.
The 23-year-old victim was threatened in Parsonage Way by two young men, one of whom had a knife, at 10.30pm on Wednesday. He handed over his wallet containing £35.
The thugs then demanded his packet of cigarettes which he also handed over.
The knifeman was wearing a balaclava while the other robber was wearing a dark coloured jacket which was zipped over his face. Any witnesses are asked to contact Leigh police on 0161 872 5050
