SUPERMARKET staff at Asda in Pilsworth have already put the wrapping on gifts for children who will be away from home next Christmas.
The store has donated its surplus Christmas stock to Booth Hall and Pendlebury children's hospitals and the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
Store home and leisure supervisor Margaret Fell said: "We had everything, Christmas trees, decorations, tinsel and wrapping paper. We wanted it to go to a good cause and people who needed it."
