LANCASTER University's Grizedale College celebrates its 25th anniversary on March 10 with a weekend of events for students and graduates.
The weekend swings off with a 70s theme disco including student DJs, and an outdoor marquee.
Events include celebration dinner on Saturday night at the Carleton in Morecambe, a Michael Jackson tribute act and a visit to Grizedale Forest, which the building was named after 25 years ago. Established in 1976, Grizedale was the seventh college to be built and has more than 1400 current student members.
College Principal, Mark Bacon said: "Having been an undergraduate member of Grizedale College myself I am even more aware of the importance of what this weekend of events is all about.
"The college is not a set of buildings but the people who are part of it. The 25th weekend will be an opportunity for members past and present, senior and junior to relax, enjoy and feel proud to be Grizedalians."
